Sinopse

O presente livro inclui três capítulos escritos por autoras e autores dos minicursos selecionados e apresentados durante o XLI Simpósio Brasileiro de Bancos de Dados (SBBD 2026), realizado de 08 a 11 de setembro de 2026. Os minicursos têm como objetivo apresentar temas relevantes da área de Banco de Dados e promover discussões sobre seus fundamentos, tendências e desafios. Cada minicurso, com quatro horas de duração, é uma excelente oportunidade de atualização para acadêmicos e profissionais que participam do evento.

Os capítulos abordam conteúdos relacionados a segurança e privacidade em sistemas orientados a dados, modelagem de dados e LGPD, e causalidade computacional. A qualidade dessa edição deve-se essencialmente às autoras e aos autores dos minicursos submetidos. Expressamos nossos sinceros agradecimentos pelas contribuições e pelas discussões durante o SBBD 2026.
