Synopsis

The document presents a technical and strategic analysis of the adoption of the Open RAN architecture in Brazil, contextualizing the movement toward the disaggregation of traditional mobile networks. It addresses fundamental concepts, interoperability among vendors, network function virtualization, regulatory and economic impacts, as well as perspectives for the development of the national innovation ecosystem in telecommunications.
