JEMS: The Brazilian Computing Society's Submission Management System
Synopsis
In this booklet, we present the history of JEMS and, in particular, the technological evolution and key features of JEMS3. The text is organized as follows: Chapter 2 recounts the origin of the system and its evolution up to JEMS3; Chapter 3 describes the architecture and technology stack, including a detailed development timeline; Chapter 4 presents the user profiles and supported workflows; Chapter 5 describes the main functionalities grouped by thematic areas; Chapter 6 details the integration with SOL; and Chapter 7 provides final remarks on the system’s impact and future.
