Grand Challenges in Computer Science Research in Brazil - Reports of the 3rd seminar

SBC brought as motivation for the 3rd Seminar on the Grand Challenges in Computer Science Research in Brazil, the idea of promoting thematic collaboration networks in function of real problems involving the different segments: government, industry and academia. For this, possible partnerships were identified through the call of works within the context of the great challenges of Computation highlighted in previous years. This book reports and records the result of all this effort, gained through the work of various groups involved. Between scientific articles, project proposals and discussions in workshops, lectures and panels, a lot of content is available to serve as a basis for new proposals for the next 10 years to come.
